- Put on shoe covers (we respect your home)
- Discuss the service plan
During a Maintenance Visit
Indoor Unit Inspection
- Check air filter
- Inspect blower motor
- Check electrical connections
- Test safety controls
- Measure airflow
Outdoor Unit Inspection
- Clean condenser coils
- Check refrigerant levels
- Inspect compressor
- Test electrical components
- Check contactor and capacitor
System Testing
- Verify thermostat operation
- Measure temperature differential
- Check system cycles properly
- Note any concerns
During a Repair Visit
